We strive to provide the best possible lifestyle-health information for all ages, focusing particularly on healthy aging. We regularly hold talks, workshops, and wellness gatherings that include valuable wellness tips and effective stress management strategies. Our ultimate goal is to prevent chronic illnesses that often appear as people enter their fifties, sixties, and seventies.

Our facilitator, Maggie Nowland, is a retired registered nurse with extensive experience in Dementia, mental health, and lifestyle medicine.
Passionate about healthy aging, Maggie is dedicated to offering Wellbeing tips that enhance the health of her clients and effectively supports health in Mind Body and Spirit

We offer a comprehensive 6-week face to face program that guides you through strategies for healthy aging, backed by evidence-based research to enhance seniors' health and promote longevity.
Additionally, Maggie runs a monthly women's wellbeing group, teaches stress management through mindfulness skills.
Maggie is available as a guest speaker to share valuable wellbeing tips.
